i already read it and the next book i have all of the books from the lost hero collection and the percy jackson collection.i'm waiting for the mark of athena
i also have his kane chronicles collection

Love the cover! Its so epic... even if its not exactly what I imagine percy like.

I keep going on fan fiction sights and I laugh so hard I cry, because most of them are really dumb. In this one, Percy and Annabeth have a kid. And yes, I am purposely spelling pegasus wrong. Like tisif you go on fan fiction sites, too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

be careful, the end of some of my previous posts contain spoilers so don't read them unless you've read all of the PJO books and The Lost Hero. Just in case ; ]

Jason's prophecy to rescue Hera in The Lost Hero:

Child of Lightning, beware the earth,

The giants' revenge the seven shall birth,

The forge and dove shall break the cage,

And death unleash, through Hera's rage.



1.Jason, a child of Jupiter/ Zeus, has to beware of the awakening of Gaia.
2.The Giants rise to defeat the Olympians and cause the appearance of the seven heroes of the Great Prophecy.
3.Leo and Piper, children of Hephaestus and Aphrodite respectively, break the cage Hera is trapped in.
4.Hera goes into her Divine Form and kills all the monsters except Pophyrion and almost kills Jason, but he lives.

In book four of the series, The Battle of the Labyrinth, Annabeth is given the prophecy as follows:

You shall delve in the darkness of the endless maze,

The dead, the traitor, and the lost one raise.

You shall rise or fall by the ghost king's hand,

The child of Athena's final stand.

Destroy with a hero's final breath,

And lose a love to worse than death.

1.Annabeth, Grover, Percy and Tyson enter the the endless maze, which is the Labyrinth created by Daedalus.
2.Nico, son of Hades, raised the dead; Ethan Nakamura, the traitor, was spared; and Pan's spirit and message is raised
3.'The Ghost King' was Nico (since he is a son of Hades, god of the underworld), who decided to help Annabeth and the rest of the campers.
4.A child of Athena's final stand refers to Daedalus, one of Athena's children, would die during the Battle of the Labyrinth
5.The Labryinth was destroyed with Daedalus's last breath, as he and the maze's life force were tied together.
6.Annabeth loses Luke to Kronos, since he becomes Kronos' host body, which is worse than if she would have lost him if he died.

In the third book of the series, The Titan's Curse, Zoë Nightshade is given a prophecy to save Artemis:

Five shall go west to the goddess in chains,

One shall be lost in the land without rain,

The bane of Olympus shows the trail,

Campers and Hunters combined prevail,

The Titan's curse must one withstand,

And one shall perish by a parent's hand.

1.The group consisting of Zoë, Thalia, Grover, Bianca, and Percy (originally Phoebe) go west to find the goddess in chains, Artemis, and eventually find Annabeth.
2.Bianca sacrificed herself in the desert to save the group against a defective prototype of Hephaestus's robot, Talos.
3.They followed the Ophiotaurus, which was the Bane of Olympus because if the Ophiotaurus was sacrificed in flames, the sacrificer would have the power to destroy Olympus.
4.The group that took the quest consisted of 3 campers (Percy, Grover, and Thalia) and 2 hunters (Bianca and Zoe)
5.Percy (withstood it for Artemis, who withstood the curse for Annabeth) withstood the Titan's curse (holding up the sky).
6.In the end Zoë was killed by her father, Atlas, after being poisoned by the dragon Ladon.

In book two of the series, The Sea of Monsters, Clarisse La Rue is given the prophecy as follows:

You shall sail the iron ship with warriors of bone,

You shall find what you seek and make it your own,

But despair for your life entombed within stone,

And fail without friends, to fly home alone.

1.Clarisse sailed aboard the CSS Birmingham with skeleton warriors.
2.She, Percy, Annabeth, and Tyson find the Golden Fleece and take it from Polyphemus.
3.She and her new "friends" get trapped inside a stone cavern with no way to escape
4.She would have failed without Percy and the rest's help, and she flew back to camp alone to get there faster.

In book one of the series, The Lightning Thief, Percy Jackson is selected to visit the Oracle and to lead the quest to discover Zeus's stolen lightning bolt. When he meets the mummified oracle, he receives this prophecy:

You shall go west, and face the god who has turned,

You shall find what was stolen, and see it safely returned,

You shall be betrayed by one who calls you a friend,

And you shall fail to save what matters most, in the end.

1.Percy, Annabeth, and Grover travel west to find Zeus' master bolt, in which they face Ares, who apparantly is "the god who has turned"
2.Percy finds the Master Bolt and Hades' Helm of Darkness and returns it to them safely.
3.Luke, son of Hermes, betrays Percy by revealing he stole the Master Bolt and the Helm of Darkness for Kronos.
4.Percy fails to save his mother from the Underworld, forced to leave without her and instead with Annabeth and Grover. He also failed in saving his friend, Luke.

THE GREAT PROPHECIES:
prophecy:
A half-blood of the eldest gods
shall reach sixteen against all odds
And see the world in endless sleep
The hero's soul, cursed blade shall reap
A single choice shall end his days
Olympus to preserve or raze

Meaning:
1.Percy was a half-blood child of Poseidon, one of the eldest gods.
2.He hit his 16th birthday after the Battle of Manhattan, despite all his near death experiences.
3.Morpheus (the god of dreams/sleep) put every mortal in Manhattan to sleep.
4."The hero" does not refer to Percy, but to Luke, whose soul was reaped by Annabeth's knife, cursed because of a broken promise.
5.Percy's choice to give Luke the knife allowing Luke to kill himself and therefore killing Kronos ended his days.
6.Olympus was preserved because Percy chose to give Luke Annabeth's knife so that Luke could get rid of Kronos by slicing his Achilles spot.

prophecy:
Seven half-bloods shall answer the call
To storm or fire, the world must fall
An oath to keep with a final breath,
And foes bear arms to the Doors of Death

The Second Great Prophecy has not been fulfilled yet. But in "The Lost Hero" it was admitted by Rachel that it has begun. The First 3 demigods are confirmed to be Piper Mclean, Jason Grace, and Leo Valdez.

OMG! Guess what? I got a real metal sword for xmas! It's real bronze and silver and the same length as Percy's sword in the book! It has a leather grip and an awesome sheath and it's actually sharp too! I also got all the PJ books hard cover set! and a bunch of other PJ stuff! I'll have to post some pics! BEST CHRISTMAS EVER!

If u haven't read any Camp Halfblood books or The Kane Chronicles books by Rick Riordan you're seriously missing out!

what is the Kane Chronicles?

They are up there with Harry Potter and Percy Jackson but they are the other series (kids series I mean) by R.R. only the 1st one has come out so far but the 2nd comes out on May 4 and the title and cover will be released in January. The 3rd will come out in Spring 2012. The first book is called The Red Pyramid. The two main characters are Sadie and Cater Kane, blood of the Pharaohs. They're soooo awesome! The Kane books are about Egypt and Egyptian mythology, if you are wondering. You should totally read them!

His breath was a deep rattle. "Good…blade" he croaked. I knelt next to him. Annabeth limped over with Grover's support. They both had tears in their eyes. Luke gazed at Annabeth. "You knew. I almost killed you, but you knew…""Shh." Her voice trembled. "You were a hero at the end, Luke."You'll go to Elysium." He shook his head weakly. "Think… rebirth. Try for three times. Isles of the Blest." Annabeth sniffled. "You always pushed yourself too hard." He held up his charred hand. Annabeth touched his fingertips. "Did you…"Luke coughed and his lips glistened red. "Did you love me?" Annabeth wiped her tears away. "There was a time I thought… well, I thought…"She looked at me, like she was drinking in the fact that I was still here. And I realized I was doing the same thing. The world was collapsing, and the only thing that really mattered to me was that she was alive. "You were like a brother to me, Luke," she said softly. "But I didn't love you." He nodded, as if he'd expected it. He winced in pain. "We can get ambrosia," Grover said. "We can―" "Grover," Luke gulped. "You're the bravest satyr I ever knew. But no. There's no healing…" Another cough. He gripped my sleeve, and I could feel the heat of his skin like a fire. "Ethan. Me. All the unclaimed. Don't let it…Don't let it happen again." His eyes were angry, but pleading too. "I won't," I said. "I promise." Luke nodded, and his hand went slack. The gods arrived a few minutes later in their full war regalia, thundering into the throne room and expecting a battle. What they found were Annabeth, Grover, and me standing over the body of a broken half-blood, in the dim warm light of the hearth. "Percy," my father called, awe in his voice. "What… what is this?"I turned and faced the Olympians. "We need a shroud," I announced, my voice cracking. "A shroud for the son of Hermes."
OMG I'm crying... sorry but I all ways do even if I'm just thinking about this part. (IK, IK, I'm obsessed but I don't care! I love PJO! and BTW personal loyalty ISN'T A FLAW! PERCY RULES!!!!!!!!!!!)

PART 2
His hands were smoking and seared. The hearth fire had grown red-hot, like the scythe wasn't compatible with it. I saw an image of Hestia flickering in the ashes, frowning at Kronos with disapproval. Luke turned and collapsed, clutching his ruined hands. "Please, Percy…"I struggled to my feet. I moved toward him with the knife. I should kill him. That was the plan. Luke seemed to know what I was thinking. He moistened his lips. "You can't… can't do it yourself. He'll break my control. He'll defend himself. Only my hand. I know where. I can… can keep him controlled."He was definitely glowing now, his skin starting to smoke. I raised the knife to strike. Then I looked at Annabeth, at Grover cradling her in his arms, trying to shield her. And I finally understood what she'd been trying to tell me. "You are not the hero," Rachel had said. "It will affect what you do." "Please," Luke groaned. "No time." If Kronos evolved into his true form, there would be no stopping him. He would make Typhon look like a playground bully. The line from the prophecy echoed in my head: "A hero's soul a cursed blade shall reap" My whole world tipped upside down, and I gave the knife to Luke. Grover yelped. "Percy, Are you… um…"Crazy. Insane. Off my rocker. Probably. But I watched as Luke grasped the hilt. I stood before him ― defenseless. He unlatched the side straps of his armor, exposing a small bit of skin just under his left arm, a place that would be very hard to hit. With difficulty, he stabbed himself. It wasn't a deep cut, but Luke howled. His eyes glowed like lave. The throne room shook, throwing me off my feet. An aura of energy surrounded Luke, growing brighter and brighter. I shut my eyes and felt a force like a nuclear explosion blister my skin and crack my lips. It was silent for a long time. When I opened my eyes, I saw Luke sprawled at the hearth. On the floor around him was a blackened circle of ash. Kronos's scythe had liquefied onto a molten metal and was trickling into the coals of the hearth, which now glowed like a blacksmith's furnace. Luke's left side was bloody. His eyes were open―blue eyes, the way they used to be.

Saddest part in ALL of PJO (although there are many sad parts) :(
I've been typing this for over an hour but it's the best part so… (I'm a really slow typer) 
..."Your mother," Annabeth grunted. "She saw your fate."
"Service to Kronos!" the Titan roared. "This is my fate."
"No!"Annabeth insisted. Her eyes were tearing up, but I didn't know if it was from sadness or pain. "That's not the end, Luke. The prophecy: she saw what you would do. It applies to you!"
Ï will crush you, child!" Kronos bellowed. "You won't," Annabeth said. "You promised. You're holding Kronos back even now." "LIES!" Kronos pushed again and this time Annabeth lost her balance. With his free hand, Kronos struck her face, and she slid backward. I summoned all my will. I managed to rise, but it was like holding the weight of the sky again. Kronos loomed over Annabeth, his sword raised. Blood trickled from the corner of her mouth. She croaked, "Family, Luke. You promised." I took a painful step forward. Grover was back on his feet, over by the throne of Hera, but he seemed to be struggling to move as well. Before either of us could get anywhere close to Annabeth, Kronos staggered. He stared at the knife in Annabeth's hand, the blood on her face. "Promise" Then he gasped like he couldn't get air. "Annabeth…" But it wasn't the Titan's voice. It was Luke's. He stumbled forward like he couldn't control his own body. "You're bleeding…" "My knife."Annabeth tried to raise her dagger, but it clattered out of her hand. Her arm was bent at a funny angle. She looked at me, imploring, "Percy, please…" could move again. I surged forward and scooped up her knife. I knocked Backbiter out of Luke's hand, and it spun into the hearth. Luke hardly paid me any attention. He stepped toward Annabeth, but I put myself between him and her. "Don't touch her," I said. Anger rippled across his face, and Kronos's voice growled: "Jackson…"Was it my imagination, or was his whole body glowing, turning gold? He gasped again. Luke's voice: "He's changing. Help. He's… he's almost ready. He won't need my body anymore. Please―" "NO!" Kronos bellowed. He looked around for his sword, but it was still in the hearth, glowing among the coals. He stumbled toward it. I tried to stop him, but he pushed me out of the way with such force I landed next to Annabeth and cracked my head on the base of Athena's throne. "The knife, Percy," Annabeth muttered. Her breath was shallow. "Hero… cursed blade…" When my vision came back into focus, I saw Kronos grasping his sword. Then he bellowed in pain and dropped it. (To be continued on the next part.)

Sorry everyone for my shortage of reply, my computer has not been laoding this website. I never ask for likes but I have 96. CHRISTINE DERRITAN: was a poor woman, her husband could barelly afford food, died in 1662 age 22. And she had a sudden misterious death.
DATHIAN ELIZARETH: German woman, died in 1663 age 23 died from a hag in the forest.
ELIZABETH FOXXENTIFF: died in a hurricane in 1664 age 24

FALICA GALLEGOESES: died in 1665 age 25. From a misterious death.

Kevin couldn't take it anymore. Did all his distant relatives died in misterious deaths years and years ago! it was 1980. He knew one of his 20 year old female relatives would die this year. just like last decade. In 1970 one of his 20 year-old mean cousin died. He wondered will he die to when he's 20. he believes it is because his 20 year old relatives are always mean. Maybe just need to be nicer. But then he thought, I'm a boy though there's no way I'll die.
His parents died to. But, since they were nice they didn't die in decades.
Kevin folded the little dirty brown piece of dusty paper, they other half of the paper Kevin had no desire to read. He knew it would all be depressing. Maybe they just needed some cheer, after all they all died near Hallowen or Christmas. That's all they needed, he thought, but there was no way to bring them back and tell them that. CHAPTER 1 ALONDA: Alonda was a mean and annoying 20 year-old woman. she had no desire to help the Indians with they're crops. She didn't even want to help them move out. All she cared about was herself, she was very conceited. One day a man appeared at her door and warned, "Alonda you are not safe here! if you don't make a turn around we'll all be dead by the Cocha Tribe! You must save us! You must be nice!" and she glared with no pity in her eyes and said
"Marco, you cannot change me your plead is nothing!" Alonda responded to Marco.
"Please Alonda! my daughter and wife cannot take this! they do not deserve to die! Please!!!!" Marco pleaded with tears in his eyes.
"What's done is done! I will not change my ways LEAVE!!!!!!!" she shouted. Marco left sad and alone. People tried and tried to make her be nicer, but she would just send the tear filled eyed people away. As I said the only thig she cared about was herself!, And her hope-to-br boyfriend Burk. But Burk, as far as he goes, he didn't care for her. He had a son he knew would die in the war against the Cocha Tribe war. Charlie his American name was, but his real name was Rotort. Al;onda hated Rotort in her mind he was the only one keeping her and Burk apart, but really Burk just didn't like her.
"BURK! BURK!" yelled Marco, "You you ---- er- your the only one who can get into Alonda's mind Burk make her stop!" Marco begged. Without a word Burk walked out of his tiny Cottage door. He knew Marco was right,

He walked through the snow, it was December 9th 1659. The snow was piled on the cold ground. Burk was shivering in the snow. It was in-between the Atlantic Ocean, and the Pacific Ocean, where he was. When he finally got to the entrance to Alonda's cabin, he was blue. He was really cold and could hardly breathe. Once he made it to the door he knocked. Boom, boom, boom. His knuckles banged on the door, Alonda opened it in her gold robe over her PJ's that she sowed.
"We need to talk Alonda, It's --- It's about the Cocha Tribe war, you see we really, really need a place to store Food and water, and maybe even people, I hoped it coud be in your Mansion." Burk said witha serious face.
"No my house is my house! not yours!!!!!!! get out BURK!!!!!!" she yelled.
"Fine! but the next time you need someone to talk to I WONT BE THERE" Burk said in anger. "And I hope you die in the Cocha Tribe war when they flood the place!" He added in anger. He started to walk to the door as he grabbed his coat, but Alonda stopped him and said;
"I want you dead before you get the chance to go to the war!" she yelled as she charged at him. She pulled a Knife out from her pocket & swung it. It missed him, he leaned back in a circular motion to avoid it, he had no weapon to save himself, so he just winged it. He grabbed a stick that is most often used as fire wood, and he through it at her. He hit her right in the head, as she through her Knife at him. It hit him right in the shoulder, as he crouched down in pain, he grabbed the handle of the Knife and pulled it out of his flesh.
He didn't even take one glance at her as he closed his eyes, and what looked like fell asleep, but we wont know what happened yet.

CHAPTER 2 BETHANY:

Bethany was a shy girl, didn't hang around big crowds. Locked in that huge castle. But when she looked out her dorm window one day, a handsome prince appeared out the mists. He wore a crown, and long pants, and a long-sleeve shirt, with puffy sleeves.
"Hello my princess, I am prince Lucas." He introduced himself. "I come from Winter Land, my, don't you look beautiful today?" he admired her.
"Hello I am Princess Bethany, I come from Fall Springs." She replied.

"Yes I believe that is where we are now." He laughed.
"Yes, that is where we are now." She covered her stupidity.

"Why don't know come down here, and we can take a sleigh ride in the winter snow." He suggested. She leaped from her window, as he caught her. They got in the sleigh and rode off to Winter Land. It was 1660 at the time. But, Of course it was almost 1661, and she was a sweet girl, you would have never known she would die. As they arrived at Winter Land, they went to the Castle and talked. They talked for 34 minutes, then 1 hour then 12 hours.

"Oh Lucas look it's getting dark, ... I should get home."

"Why so soon? it's Christmas eve."
"I know but my father, he ---- he --"

"He's expecting you for dinner." He guessed.Bethany nodded, then ran to October land (where she lives)
She missed the beautiful white snow, but, she knew she couldn't stay.
"Bethany! your late! it's all dark out!" Her father Amore said. "Where have you been?"

"Out, they had a problem with the --- the---" she had to think quick. "The horse's." She lied.
"Right, well, sit down your food is getting cold." her father Amore demanded.
She put her head down cause she hates to lie, But her father was stern,And often scared 20 year-old princess Bathany. Cause back in her day she had to stay with her father, even if she was 20.
She was almost 21 though but her father didn't seem to care. As the night went on she got ready for bed, her dad said she needed her beuty sleep. As the morning came on she awoke, ready to start her day. It was December 25th 1660. She did not know it was Christmas yet. She lived in a palace far away from America. She lived in Germany. Not even close to America.
